Revere411, what parts of the slide mechanism wore out or broke that caused you to have to use a complete repair kit?

So, usually when one thing breaks it tears up the rack and the gears. When you have it apart you usually find that the bearing blocks are worn because the shoes are broke. The rebuild kit is for one side and it has all that stuff in it. I'll post up the rebuild instructions again here in a few.

Great news on rebuild. My unit has had tons of open and close cycles and had one side go out
I actually like schwintek with lightness and lack of super expensive parts!!
