Maybe they forgot to put in the drains like they forgot to install furnace exhausts on some trailers?

Have you called the dealer and asked him?

Well found the low point drains, under Kit Sink, thru floor protruding just 1 Inch down from bottom side, with a cheesy end cap for a seal ..They were covered with the expansion foam .. great Installation... LOL But the water pump directly behind floor electrical panel is a Killer hope it never leaks...LOL

Yeah. Forgot about the foam. The way I figure it, the factory found it was cheaper to make a great big hole to pass something through, and then fill it with a mound of foam, rather than take the time to make a nice, neat tidy little hole. I broke off all the excess foam I could find, not to save weight, but to make it look a little more professional.

About the water pump, it sounds like you got a "Texas special" - - - one not designed to be winterized.
