Recalls on 2015 and 2016 Voltages

RCRIT-15V207-1645.pdf

RCRIT-15V102-4125.pdf

Sharing recall notices pertaining to the 2015 and 2016 model year Voltages I found on the Home | Safercar -- National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) website. Search under Manufacturers (Dutchmen) and the Voltage model. One applies to the folding steps, the other to the studs/lugs on the wheel hubs. Both apply to my unit but I've only rec'd the recall notification on the folding steps. More indications of quality control problems at the supplier level. Any others rec'd these notifications?

I have a 2014 model, my front steps sheared at the third step during our trip this summer, while the rear step was well on its way. I took some pictures and had Etrailer drop ship two sets of steps to a destination along our route. I called Keystone and embellished my story a little...told them I almost lost a thumb and almost busted some teeth out due to the steps giving way. Also sent the pics and the receipts for the steps. They processed the claim and sent me a check. Took about 6 weeks to get money from them..

Interesting - I have 2014 and had a wheel stud break off on our second outing - they did replace it under warranty...

After further research, I've determined that the wheel stud recall does not apply to my unit....whew...

They had just done all the Voltages "3rd step" recalls at the place we bought ours in May, but I had not heard about the lugs. Which units had that?

Saw the earlier post with the VINs after writing that.. Looks like ours was made before that range. Thanks for posting!
