Mine was doing that because the screen mechanism was installed a little crooked. Also my screen would come out of the channels that it was suppose to ride it. Allowing flying insects to get in. You might want to check that.
I didn't notice it right away.
I had a list of stuff for the dealer to deal with so they managed
to fix the screen problem.
Also, mine had a huge gap up top where the mechanism is mounted to the wall. There is about a one inch space between the screen mechanism and the wall. The factory slapped a piece of 1/8 wall board up there but did not get close to sealing the gap. I fixed that myself.
