Ramp/cargo door and dovetail floor water damaged.

Failing cargo door on 2015 V3990.
Discovered loose bolts on the hinge for the rear ramp/ cargo door. Upon tightening them I discovered that the bottom of the rear door was soft. The bolts sucked in the material. Nothing has broken through, but it's only a matter of time. This rig is 2 years old to me, but sat on the dealer lot 8 months before i purchased it. Looks like I need a replacement, but I'm outside the warranty period. Not sure if this is repairable, if not I'd rather get a zero gravity door than this lower spring door.
Looks like the pressure the hinges put in the lower part if the door causes the lower h channel to twist, breaking the seal in that area. Water intrusion has cause the issue...

While trouble shooting this I discovered a manufacturing defect in the opening that has led to a water leak since new. The opening is 1/2" wider at the top. The door on the left side of the opening never seals completely at the top and because of this the dovetail floor in the left lower corner of the opening has rotted away.

Gonna contact Dutchman and see what sticks. Looks like I'm gonna be knee deep into repair work either way.

When you call make sure that you emphasize the defect that you found. They should at least have a dealer look at your complaint to see if there is a valid defect and go from there. Also pictures can go along way.
