Ok folks I changed my tires Just In Time they were Akuret 16" E rated. When I was removing wheels I noticed one looked over inflated but that was only in one spot of the tread(Tread separation). Now I have Goodyear 235/75R 17.5" H rated American made date code "1815"(April 5 thru 11, 2015). With the same brand of rim that was on the China Bombs (Sumec).

I have one question the tire dealer stated torque wheels to 100ft/lbs. Does this sound right not to me?

90-100lbs is what's recommended on a 16" alloy wheel. So 100 sounds right on.
