Just switch the two yellow wires that you are pointing to on the one connection?

I think he's saying switch the 2 plugs themselves. Don't mess with the wires themselves.

Yes, NOT the wires themselves, just unplug the connectors and swap. I'm going to go out on a limb and say this will only solve your problem with auto level if your left/right sides are opposite from what the cpu thinks. If you're having other issues, this might not be the cure.

Hazerdous - sorry for the delay in replying. I am putting a roof on my house this week. The photo that jonthefireman supplied is the one I would have sent to you. Just swap the connectors to correct the right/left side issue. Then set your rig level using torpedo or other good levels and then calibrate the system as shown in the manual. I have had not a single issue since.

Were your jacks in fact reacting different than the CPU indicated?

Not sure about that, what it was doing was not correcting in the right direction. If passenger side needed to come up for level, drivers side would raise until the tilt was to the point of locking up the auto level. It would give an error message of being out of level to far or something like that. I have not yet check to see if it is truly level. (the auto level panel indicates level) haven't put a level to it to confirm it yet, just tried it out to see if it would work without putting the trailer in excessive tilt which locked the device up

^^^ What he said - wasn't noticed at PDI due to being on a perfectly level concrete pad.
