I was getting ready for a weekend trip last night and checked my tire pressures. Noticed grease on one of the wheels and sure enough looks like a seal let go. Its also coming out the backing plate at the adjuster plug too. Also noticed one of the Lippert leveling jacks leaking pretty good. Looks like its back to the dealer next week.

I hear ya! I hate taking it back. The axle seal would not be a problem for me. The seal for the hydraulic jack, I'm not sure about. It looks pretty easy to unbolt and there is a hydraulic shop not far away. But, I have a pretty hectic schedule at work the next few weeks and the camper is still under warranty till the end of the month. No other trips planned till the end of October, so hopefully it will work out for me. Right now the plan is to drop it off next week.

Jeff, I think you are doing the right thing making the dealer make repairs. Only reason I say this is the dealer and dutchmen need to be held responsible for these things. I like to do alot of my own repairs as well but..... If they dont see them back at dealer they believe all is well and good.

Jeff, I do most of my repairs, but mind is in for repairs of one of my Jacks, and a few others, but I checked all the jack hoses and found that the seals were bad, so the pump has to be replaced….

I honestly don't think they give a crap one way or the other. They continue to crank out units with the same set of issues.

I had one of my jacks replaced due to a seal leak. The dealer ordered it then called me a week later said it was in. I told them I would not be leaving it they would have to install when I brought it in and I would be on my way! Took them about an hour, yes I could have done it but held them responsible. They did have a very hard time loosening the bolts! I thought they were going to snap... obviously improperly torqued, imagine that.

Wahoo. I'm sure you are correct that they dont care. But they still need to be held responsible.
And how do you hold someone responsible if they don't care? All it does is create stress for you.
My solution is to simply not bother with them anymore. Based on a lot of research and experience Dutchmen, Camping World and quite a few other companies get on my list of places not to purchase things in the future. Redwing Boots is another one that just recently joined the list.
