Lippert Components leveling jacks- in a hurry!

I did the post on a leveling jack leak. Reviewing a whole file box of documents on the machine...I did buy the warranty that covers the leveling system. Was told just to have a Certified Shop call them with the issue and they would cover it.

Our local shop does good work...but they're like so many: "Just leave it and we'll call you when its ready." Um...got a trip to Moab in three weeks and don't have that kind of time.

So...my issue...how on earth do I figure out the rating for the jacks? I find nothing on them saying what they are rated for.

So are the jacks all the same, but the hydraulic pump and system are what rates the system?

Mine is a 2014 Voltage Epic III 3800

In advance, thanks very much!

Back in 2012 I was researching the leveling jacks and what I found out is the smaller ones in the middle and back are 14K and the front one are 18K this is what Lippert told a dealer I was dealing with, they were very helpful with any question in had, and yes they also said there was no kit available, crazy as it sounds just to throw away a perfectly good rebuildable cylinder, I have an excavation business and rebuild hydraulic cylinders all the time, if your not sure call lippert yourself,

I'll give Lippert a call, but don't know what to tell them. Not sure they will be able to tell me about a four year old Toyhauler.

Thought the info ought to be somewhere on the system.

I'll share what I learn.

Called Lippert Components and ordered a new jack. 8000 lb rating.

Two of the hydraulic hose connectors on the jack had been damaged at some point.

So $451 for a jack, $12 for fittings, about an hours work. And done.

Everything works as it should.

Searching the Lippert site, I see there is a wireless remote that will allow you to walk around the trailer while its auto-leveling. Anybody got one? How does it work?
