Leak from Heavy Rains

We are PARKED at a campground. Yesterday we had REALLY heavy rains. I got up this morning and the carpet in the garage was wet in a few spots near, but not right next to to wall. I checked the ceiling. It was not wet. There was no rain or water in the garage door area. I went outside and the trim is loose and the caulking is not doing anything in a section about under the window. Does it make sense that it came in there. How do I fix it the best way?

The seam where the trim is loose and the caulking that's not doing its job is right at floor level. Rain is probably entering there and weeping into the inside.
You'll want to remove the trim insert and then a portion or section of trim, clean the joints there and add some caulk. Reinstall the trim and caulk it top and bottom and reinstall the insert. Caulk it as well.
I don't see what RV you have but that's the way it is with my 3800 that has a two piece skin. If you have end caps on the trim inserts check them also, they are at floor level as well.
Do you have a photo of this area?

I found the window is leaking from the point indicated in the picture. Inside the window was dry and all around the frame was dry except a flood from the point indicated in the picture. First, what type of windows do I have. Are the Hehr? How tough is is to remove the window and replace the weather seal?

Got a picture of the whole window from the outside? Doesn't really matter what brand they are. Based on what I am seeing you would need to pull the screws in the picture all the way around, there is an inside clamping ring and the window is on the outside. They typically use a foam gasket that gets damaged or wears out quickly. I reinstall mine with a butyl tape sealant around the edge of the opening.

Exactly what Aaron said is what I did with mine leaking same as yours. Now, no more leak. Butyl tape is your best friend with 2 piece windows.
