Keeping up

All of the great suggestions of things everyone does to their TH. I want to do them all......Well maybe not all of them.
So far I've: Changed to AC Hard Start Capacitors (3)
Enlarged main AC returns to 12"x12"
Replaced AC vents with Space Ports & Added additional AC vents
Added pocket door locks to master bath pocket doors
Added LED tail light strips
Added DOT RED / White reflector strips to rear ramp
Changed all interior lights to LED
Added LED light strip under top bunk to light rear table area
Relocated license plate
Added slide out toppers
Used Velcro straps to hang bunk ladders
Used Velcro straps to store table & Legs
Added Wheel Stops for Golf Cart / 4x4 buggy
Replaced all spring shackles with never lube bushings
Replaced Trailair Equa- Flex suspension due to corrosion
Added JT-Strong arm stabilizers
Replaced 12 v battery with (4) 6V golf cart batteries
Added (2) shocks to tri-glide pin box.
Added Air pressure gauge to tri-glide
Added Large rear entry door grab handle
CAMCO 18" 90 degree plug 50 amp plug
Added WiFi Ranger
Changed out fixed position couch for leather recliner couch.
So here's one I haven't seen: My wife decided we should have a Splendide washer/dryer BUT, she wasn't giving up her pantry which is in the factory W/D location. So, we removed the mini fridge from the area below the factory W/D location. We had to re-frame the walls because of the curve. We were able to move the water lines and shorten the drain pipe. A relatively easy job.
Guess I'll get a YETI cooler for the beer 'cause the Mini Fridge didn't work when dry camping anyway.

Nice! I have a 2014 3950 and once the generator swap is complete, I have JTs to install. How do you like them?

I'm curious about the JT's as well and the pocket door locks and how did you do the light strip on the bunk?

The pocket door locks / latch :
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

The JT Strong arms really solidified our TH when parked especially with grandkids and guests on board. I have the electric auto leveling. Not sure if they work with the newer hydraulic legs.
The LED strip is an 8' LED strip that has 3m double sided tape. I just stuck it to the underside of the upper bunk right down the middle. The power cord reaches the plug on the overhead wall.

Do you have pictures of how you attached the bunk ladder and the table and legs for storage?

Also How did you relocate you license plate?

Do you have pictures of the shocks added to the tri-glide pin box?

What lights did you use and how did you power the lights located under the top bunk?

Here are some pix requested.
Small strips of double sided Velcro allows the tape to stick to itself.
The 3 shocks really stopped the chucking. ! 9" 3/8 bolt, nylock nut and some washers to get things spaced correctly.

From where did you purchase the shocks, and do you have a part number?

Do you have pictures of the license plate relocation that you can post? Also how did you cover up the hole from the original plate location light? Thanks.

Did the AC vents make a large difference.. I swear my vents work better with the deflection plate removed. So I ordered new registers for living room.

So... The shocks came from Lippert. Someone on this website found a Monroe part # but I don't have it.
The license plate was raised by turning the light 90 degrees and stuffing the license plate up between the springs on the tailgate.
The AC vents and enlarging the returns to 12"x12" made a huge difference, Spaceports allow you to direct the air where you need it, They're also a larger size so you will need to enlarge and re-tape the openings.
Good Luck. Thanks to everyone on this website who gave me a lot of these ideas

This is where I put mine. Four easy holes and the same self taping bolts that were in it. I also took the light apart and put a hole in the bottom for water drainage.
