Issues with wall hugger recliner fabric

We have a 2013 Voltage 3950 it has been a great unit we stay in a local campground from April 1st till November after Thanksgiving. Just me and the wife, kids and granddaughter some weekends. They love the rear happy jack beds and the rear bath setup. Our only issue is that this year the fabric on the recliner its giving way - cracking - showing the white fabric base. It seems that for the cost the quality should be better. With that said I can not find anyone that has the black units to replace the damaged units. I believe they are from the Thomas Payne collection. Does anyone have any suggestions?

There were some issues with a supplier of the pleather in 2012-13 apparently. All of the black "leather" in my 2013 year model Voltage is doing the same thing. I started a thread about it a while back, but no one really has any answers. As soon as it gets bad enough, I'm just going to replace the factory furniture with higher quality (and cheaper) home furniture.

Measure the doorway through to the garage. It will be wider than the side door. Also the sliding glass door could probably be disassembled to allow an even larger opening. Just a thought.
