Help with drilling/bolting into floor

Howdy, I have a '15 Voltage 3990 (12' garage). I would like to permanently attach a 2" hitch receiver on the forward part of the garage floor between my bathroom and sliding door. Currently I have been strapping it down with a good ratchet strap but I would like a more secure/permanent solution. I can provide pictures if need be, but I'm sure some of you have already attached things to the floor and I would just like a little gouge on what to expect and how far I can drill/screw into the floor. Thanks in advance... and while I'm screwing things up (pun intended) I would also like to know how you guys attach things to the walls.

Cody

For the floor... I got nothing... as far as the walls go, i use 1/4" rivets to attach almost everything and 1 1/2" self-tapping screws for anything that goes through the diamond plate in the garage.

I use these:
903816-25 | E-Z LOK
I've used them to secure motorcycle hold downs and hold downs for a golf cart in my 3950 TH.
Drill a hole just thru the floor and run them in with a cordless impact wrench till they're flush with the floor. When you need to remove the hitch you're left with a clean floor and no protrusion.

Awesome, thanks for the Intel. Tom what depth would you say for the floor? 3/4" to 1"? Thank both of you.

I think the floor is 7/8". I used the 7/8 inserts with no problem There are fuel tanks below the floor on my 3950 but they are not up tight against the floor. Just keep control of the drill as it goes thru the floor and don't use bolts that are too long.

I'm not familiar with how the AC units are mounted but these inserts might solve your problem. They come in lots of different sizes.. Some are available at your local hardware store.
