Help finding Dometic control circuit card on Voltage 3200

Does anyone know where the circuit control board is located which is connected to the Dometic heater/AC thermostat?

Today while hooked up to 30 amp service my main AC would not run more than a few minutes. I switched to the AC in the bedroom and after a few min that stopped working. I then received an E1 code which the manual stated the controller is no longer communicating with the Dometic thermostat. I recycled the power several times and even reset it per the manual which turned into a Charlie Foxtrot. It then stated I had a Zone 4 which I don't have and my zone 1,2 and 3 were flashing and I could not get it to reset properly. After 15 or so attempts it finally reset. It has cooled down from 98 degrees outside and my bedroom AC is now working. I suspect my controller card has a loose connection or bad solder joints but I have not been able to locate where it is installed. Anyone know where this would be located on a 2016 Voltage 3200?

Not sure about the control card, but you should check the telephone cable running between all the units, as this is the communications network for the system. Many have found the cord ends sitting in water (probably from condensation) or just poor workmanship at the connectors. This may solve your problems. For mine, I have to pull the center AC from the roof to get to the cables, but the others I can access through the ceiling plenums.

I had the same thing happen last summer and just this weekend. Both times it occurred when I had my second ac in the garage running. After waiting about 1/2 hour my main ac unit would work. I did notice this weekend before the error code the garage ac unit started cutting out every few seconds like someone was unplugging it. I had it running for a few hours before this happened. Last year I got the code after just starting up both ac units. I had a tech. look at it but it was the next day and both ac units were working fine and continued to work fine for the rest of our trip.
I am also trying to figure out the cause.

dometic ac issue CCC2

I had a similar issue with mine. All three Ac's working fine for six days at the beach. Had fan set to automatic. 5AM they kicked off and started trying to start for a few seconds each in a cycle then cutting off. Tried to rest per instructions, but the E1 code would not go away. Was running on 50 AMP service so load center should have been asleep. after changing ribbon cables, no change. I suffered in the heat for two days and got home and used my neighbors CCC2 tstat, and all functions were back to normal and working as normal. !!?? So it may be as simple as the tstat failure. very time consuming and frustrating!!
