Height in Rear Garage

Just brought home my new Polaris RZR 900 4 with roof on my utility trailer, was only concerned with the total length and did not even think about the height, Can not believe rzr is 80" tall with roof and bottom brackets in toyhauler are 78"

What have others done in this situation, was exhausted from all day trip to pick up rzr and get home, had to walk away just not thinking right, Can you remove the top bunk or bottom bunk/dinette and to allow Happi-Jak to raise higher?

Feeling a little more calm after some BLights and starting to think of ideas.... Please someone chime in with a tall UTV.

If you can't figure anything else you could always lower the tire down to almost flat to load and unload. Then just air em back up before riding

Yeah, will do the tire air pressure down trick, but that means no over size tires as I was planning.

I was going to call you out on the height of that RZR 900 4 as my 2 seat XP900 is only 72 inches with the roof. But after looking at the specs online it says you are 77 inches tall and a your roof will ad another couple inches. Crap. I would never have thought that.

I must say I love the looks of the aftermarket chopped cages, but that would run you another couple grand with a roof. Maybe more.

Don't know about you but that's is what I would be doing before airing down my tires.

You might get more clearance by removing the top bunk. There has to be a limit switch somewhere in the system as it stops rising when the bunk is all the way up.

I had the same problem with my lifted golf cart. My solution was to remove the top bunk/platform. By doing so I can now raise the entire bottom couch/bed high enough for the golf cart to clear. I also had the upright struts on my golf cart roof cut and had brackets welded on. Now the whole roof comes off by removing 4 lock pins.

It works with the airing down of the tires,
It works barely with taking the polaris roof off, It came with 27" tall tires, I spent all last looking for parts to order, and one of them was a set of 14" MSA wheels with 28" tires, this definitely not work unless I chop top 3-4" just going to have to figure out who in Louisiana can do this, Please PM me on people who can do this!

I could see this becoming a problem with my commander with the pro box roof I had when I bought it so, I got rid of that roof and replaced it with a flush mount aluminum EMP roof and gained a few inches of room. Enough so that I was able to fit the commander in with 30" tires with no issue

^X2^ on what Jbee said. A low profile roof might fix you right up.
