Pulling up this thread again. Using the vents in post #11 (Don also used them I believe), I replaced all my vents for $40. All I have to say is WOW. You can walk through the living space a get cold. It was 90 yesterday and the AC cycled on/off throughout the day with it set on 70...the kids complained about being cold.

We used them as well over the Holiday weekend and they are great. Loved them in the Sunnybrook with one AC unit and even better now with three!

I know this is old, but I bought one of those cheap 16 foot camera and use my laptop and was able to see the awesome work by Dutchman on my single AC< I wish I had bought two, I live in Tucson and that thing bakes in the summer sitting up on top, I also made a deflector for it since closing it off and shoving all that air through junky built duct work ( With the camera it is evident Dutchman did not seal the ducts to the framework,, and I get bleed through all over,, also found behind the TV they had punctured the duct with a vent pipe and with wires from TV<<
