Happi Jac Issue

Arrived in Cody yesterday... began the setup, looked in the garage and found this:

Been out in Yellowstone all day today... but before I go crawling my fat ass up there, does this connecting rod just slide back on the knuckle up there, or is there something else now missing that keeps it attached? I see nothing on the floor that fell down. Not sure if there's anything up on that bunk or not.

I didn't either till I right-clicked on the icon and selected "open image in new tab". Goes right to the link for the photo.

Well, I'm 0-for-2 it seems...

The park is full, so WiFi is very slow. First try with new photo program was Amazon Photos... the post above with Google photos. Neither seem to wanna show up. Leave it to Photobucket to screw up a good thing because of greed. Already more annoying ads on there, and now they want even more money for 3rd party sharing.

Photo opens up with right click as said above. Hoping the rod just pops in for you. Can't get to mine to check. Keep us posted.

You would think there is at least a set screw, clip, or spring of some sort holding it together, but nothing surprises me with these things anymore....

On mine, the rod extends from the opposite side and tension is held on with a set screw. It doesn't appear that there's anything holding the driver's side of the rod - press on only.
