I thought about that. I have a new battery to put in but haven't yet. I may try that this month. I am going to put it in storage for two weeks before my next trip. That will be a good test. I know the present battery goes dead in about 5 days. I will swap in the new battery. I had planned on installing it in parralel but will check to see if my battery is any good. I checked the water levels and they are good, but that doesn't mean anything. I wouldn't put it past the dealer to give me a bad battery.
