Don't know about your Television, but on ours, just putting the DVD in doesn't show anything. We're still watching TV (whatever, cable, ant). On ours, we have to go back to Source (or Input) and select DVD, as opposed to Cable or Ant. To me, it's a bit of a pita; if I put the DVD in, why doesn't it assume I want to watch it?

I have a confession....my wife actually figured it out after I was getting mad at it. Ours is hooked up via composite cables... We had to select the composite output on the radio and the proper input on the TV. It will play to both outside and inside TV. Now the kicker, why I was mad, it doesn't play Blue Ray...she put in a regular DVD and we were off to the races.

Howdy bmonk1966,

If you or anyone else can figure this out, PLEASE let me and others know how its done.

On my 3818, the living room TV has its own DVD-CD player as does the garage and outside TV, as far as I know, the bed room TV isn't wired to the DVD player in the living room. So chime in if you have useful information to share. Thanks.

Dave

In my 3600 the living room DVD player also plays in the master bedroom and the garage DVD player also plays on the outdoors tv.

Goodness, we all have learned the hard way. I have removed almost every electrical item in this camper and after building 30+ homes, I wonder what RVIA really stands for. They sure do not inspect the wiring. Purchased a P-Touch label maker to know how to reattach items as I tore into control panel putting backlights. Everywhere I look there are bird nests of wiring. Just try tapping into the correct wire. Okay I am rambling due to exhaustion, I was going to find a good 1 year old Tiffan Allegro Bus or Newmar Mountain Aire in December when I retire, but I have this one fixed to my liking and scared to spend the money on a Class A, then find all these problems.
