Floor Insulation

I have a 2014 3600. I was wondering if the floor is insulated. I was retaping the belly cover were someone had done some work when I discovered that there was not any insulation in the the area that was worked on. Does anyone know if it is insulated? Winter is just around the corner. HELP

I don't think so... the belly cover IS what they call insulation.

I had my rear table leg holders out and had to reshape the holes for new one. There is about 2 inches of semi hard insulation below the floor.
