Factory support

Have called the factory support 800 number 3 times. Once asking for location of generator transfer switch. Their info was incorrect by 15 feet. Second time I requested a wiring schematic. The lady asked for my email...said it was on the way...nothing. 3 time, my repair guy again requested the wiring schematic....again, what is your email...on the way nothing. Any suggestions?

Place your year, make and model in your signature block and more than likely another member can help you.

My experiance is when (if) you ever get an email response from them, it will say something like "we do not provide proprietary schematics or plans, but thank you for contacting us!"

I don't know of anyone that has ever gotten schematics or drawings for anything from Dutchmen, including their authorized repair centers. Good Luck.

I am creating my own wiring diagram as I go. I still have a few missing places because I don't know what is behind some walls. It isn't easy but when I am done I will know my camper better than the clowns that built it.

Thanks, I have 2012 3600 voltage. My awning works fine from the switch in the basement. I have 12 volts from the inside switch both extending and retracting(-+). I get no awning movement utilizing the indoor switch or the remote. Where are my problems? Thanks
