It appears to be your furnace vent. You should have a similar one in the bedroom.

Thanks for the info. I will try to get under the refrig. to see if it is tied to the register in the kitchen. Since I don't do any winter camping, I may terminate this vent from its source and convert it over to a vent (venting out of the floor under the frig.) for a portable a/c unit. I don't have a 3rd a/c in the garage and most of the camping I do is in 90+ degree weather.

If anyone has done this mod or has been under the frig and doesn't think it will work, please let me know.

Thanks again.

When I have my patio open in cool (if not COLD) weather... I simply make a thick layer of cross weaved duct tape to close it off, which (in theory) blows more warm air from the floor vents into the rig.

You'll probably find the duct runs under the floor and not under the refrigerator. On my 3800 there's a pantry cabinet on the other side of the washer/dryer box so the duct isn't through there. My hot air discharges out the side instead of the front of the TV cabinet.
I'd bet the blind installers run the duct work under the floor not knowing the exact configuration of the kitchen and/or garage.

I have that same vent in our garage (2015 3800) and WISH it was a furnace heater duct, but it is not. It is likely a vent for a dryer, but i dont know where it comes out.

In my case, the garage duct blows stronger than any duct inside the the unit! The one by the fridge and the one in front of counter are weak. Bathroom strong, the one in bedroom so so..I may block mine off to see if I notice any improvement inside.
