Caulking for A/C gasket.

I finally got my gasket kit and was wondering what caulking I should use on it between the roof and bottom of the gasket?

Shouldn't need anything, that's the purpose of the gasket.

The company that did my flex armor roof caulked it. Maybe that's why it is leaking. It has only been on there for about 18 months. I saw a couple videos that used caulk. Glad I asked.
