Broken LED lights/ customer service

As dumb as it sounds the LED lights under my couch are not working. Tried to get them fixed with my last repair work and they were not. Contacted Dutchman customer service to be told I have to take it back to dealer to get it fixed. They will not send me the $12 part to fix it myself. Crazy to me as it is a $12 part. Well I guess the lights under my couch will stay broken.

I had a $20 shower valve assembly crack from freezing, after water was left in it from PDI last winter. Same story. Not worth two trips to the dealer, 40 miles away. (one to drop off, one to pick up) Sent $20 to Amazon, repaired in 20 min's 5 days later when it arrived. You can take pictures, email, scream all you want, and they won't back down, i.e. you have to take it in, they won't send you the part. It's less than a pizza, spring the money, fix it, and forget it!

Got ahold of ITC who makes the light strip. They are more than willing to help with an idea for a quick fix. If that does not work they are more than happy to send me a replacement part at no cost to me. What night and day between ITC and Dutchman.
Score for ITC.

We had a Keystone Outback prior to the Voltage....when we had warranty claims, I bought the parts from the dealer, then filed a claim with Keystone for repayment. After getting the same person over and over, I started going VFR direct to her for warranty problems. When I told her that we would be getting a Voltage, she said Keystone will still do the warranty work with me the same way...I just save the receipts (I have replaced the shower assembly already) and will file them in a few months.
