Black tank will not open

Can't drain the black tank. Any one know where the gate valve is at? I hate to start pulling off the under cover. Really looks like a pita. Any one know any tricks?

If the pull handle is stuck it may be wrapped around too tight behind the basement wall?Remove the basement wall access panel by the dock station, remove the T handle and retaining nut from the end of the waste value gate cable, back feed the cable into the basement and try to untangle any loops in the cable to free the movement. It should have one long sweeping arch up from the underbelly.

The handle pulls out, but doesn't open anything.

OK... so you may have a clog or the cable broke at the gate.

Try one of these to back flush a clog...
https://www.google.com/shopping/prod...ed=0CGgQpiswAA

If the water under pressure fills the pipe with the gate closed on the adapter then the gate on the black tank my be stuck closed. Follow the bayonet drain back under the underbelly to find the waste gate. Good luck dropping the underbelly, mine is riveted and I use a small hacksaw to remove.

You may be able to just re attach the cable, but if it's broken you'll probably have to replace.

If you get it to drain and this is recurring, then when they drilled your black tank they may have dropped the cutout into the tank and that is what is clogging the drain???

The Flush King was the ticket. Even after it was unplugged I flushed it out a couple of times to really clean it. A nice accessory to have. I did notice a gate valve behind the drivers side wheels. What is that for? nothing is connected to it.

Do you have a 1/2 bath in the garage? If so that valve is for the garage black tank.

On mine, The gate valve drivers side is for kitchen sink. It has a separate tank from gray water shower and bath lab sink. There is also a fresh water tank drain gate between tires closer to center of under belly.

No I do not have a half bath, I do have a washer hook up though. But there is a 2 inch pipe running to the tank drain. I figured that is for the washer. Since I bought this used, there are several things I'm still learning.
Camper 2B I'll have to check that. The gate valve was open by the drivers side wheels. I'll have to look again but I think the hook up is only an 2inch. I do have two grey tank LED sensor buttons on the main board. ( what every you call that thing by the front door. Where all the light switches are at )

It was a SWAG anyway, these things can be different coming off the line in the same day.

I should have stated the washer drain also goes into the tank I described along with front kitchen sink. Forgot about washer. The 3200 has 3 waste tanks. 2 fresh water tanks tied In to each other.
