Ever have your ramp pins hit the back of the trailer when your trying to close the door?
$3.89 at Ace hardware for 2 springs fixed the problem

I guess I always did it wrong, I would just disconnect the cables at the ramp and tossed them inside when closing, problem solved... cost $0.00 (USD).

The sconce light have switches on them already. I found an unswitched 12v power wire bundled with all the wires that go to the slide out bundle. You just have to unwire the sconce wire from the overhead lights and then connect them to the new 12v power wire. Now we can turn on one or both scones without the 5 overhead beacons shining down on us.
I'm assuming you had to remove the sconce from the wall to get at the wiring. It appears the shade has to be removed to get at the screws, but I can't figure out how to remove them. How did you accomplish that?

No you don't have to remove the light fixtures themselves. There's a hole in each corner of the slide where wires go up the sconces go up both of those the power feed on my 3950 only goes up the rear were most hole. That's how you can tell which wire's feed the sconces. Unwrap the wire bundle that connects those two holes and you can see where all the connections are.
