I've seen the nice work done by others who have remodeled and straightened up space behind the walls in their basements but was wondering if anyone has done this on a Voltage 3600 floor plan? I've started mine by disconnecting and removing the vacuum, transfer switch and converter and will add a surge protector during reassembly. Since the behind wall layouts are different for the different floor plans I'm looking for ideas and/or successful layouts for the 3600. My objective is to increase usable space if possible.
I have a 3950, but you could do the same....I am going to add a plexiglass wall near the wet bay...make it easily removable (or even have the ability to slide), that way I can always have a look at the plumbing back there....

Completed my Voltage 3600 basement remodel using tips from macman83 and calewjohnson. Before and after pics attached. Rerouted several electrical wires, water lines and added rack/shelf for the transfer switch and a Progressive Industries EMS HW50C surge protection system on the shore power side. Able to move one wall back 2 inches for additional storage space and replaced the panel covering the wet space with a sliding clear panel for easy inspection and access.
Wow!!!! Speechless...... do the same to the underbelly so you can display it? And keep from having to remove material and barrier for easy access and inspection?

Biggest challenge was having to work lying on my side and on my back....just no room to sit up or kneel in that 2 ft vertical space....Next....Lexan on the screen doors
