3600 landing jack issues

I have a 2013 V3600 that I bought 3rd hand this summer. We are in month 3 of a year of full timing. We have had some issues with it, including a gray tank valve, front slide binding, and now a landing jack among other small things.

The PS jack started making noise about a month ago at higher travel. I figured it was the gearbox or the leg internals. We likely caused it to over travel at some point.

The temp dropped below freezing last night, and the motor was dead this morning. I attempted to turn it with a drill, but no go. I didn't try using a ratchet.

I ordered a new gear box and leg rebuild kit. What size motor is it? Is 5000lb standard? Worth ordering the 6500lb motor?

Wow, thanks for all the help.

I ended up replacing the leg. The worm gear wasn't working correctly.

Normally, when you don't get a response to your question it's because we don't have one. When it's something that can be addressed you will get plenty of answers and opinions.
