Has anyone had any luck with adding the all season doors to your toy hauler? I also called lippert and local dealer with no luck. Seems we could just remove pull down screen and mount all season door in same area/tracks as screen door....

Talked to a gentleman yesterday about his 3950 and his 3 Season Doors. He is from FL, he went to a store that built them for homes...took measurements and ordered and installed some himself. I am going down later in the week for some pics. I will get them up here with some more info.

So I talked to the gentleman with the 3950 across the way. He built the three season doors himself. Pretty ingenious and easy. Might can geT everything at Home Depot or Lowes, but a business that can custom order screen rooms may be better....
This is the screen room. He stated that he measured so the patio sides did not interfere when the back was closed. The bed and bench on the back also clear with minimal interference. All total, less than $900.
He used u-channel for the sides to attach to the wall, then installed a box beam into the u-joint. Used the same space that the screen was located. Installed some swinging panels with piano hinges and a door. Also has removeable vinyl panels and he has something nice.
He used drilled holes in the floor to install a pin to keep the bottom in place.

Very nice, now to see if 4 seater rzr would fit without having to take bumpers off every time.

Pull the screen door down and measure back 2-3 inches. That should give a rough guesstimate. You could also look into putting some car ramps near the front (for changing oil) to bring the end of the RZR closer in (Effectively shrinking the length)...then strap down that way

Just wanted to check to see if anyone has gotten further info on this issue. Saw one at a RV show...now wife wants one. And I thought a BOAT was a money pit. Boats got 'nutin' on RVs.

PNGento,
I just got one installed at Giant RV in Murrieta CA for $2800 out the door. It works great and keeps AC in or Cold out at night just right.

I contacted Challenger door based on someone's suggestion on this website. Here's their response today:
"...We don’t normally sell a 3-season patio door to retail. However, if you could bring your unit by Moore Custom Trailer, who is just down the road from Challenger Door here in Nappanee Indian, we would be willing to see if it’s possible to even install a 3 season patio door. Please let me know if this is possible for you..."

just a note, we just ordered and installed a set for our 2014 voltage 3600.. this unit and the pre-2015 units of voltage are wider than the newer models so you would need to build-up the inside walls. Direct order from a distributor, but an easy install for two able persons. no regrets, we love it, and the storm kit, plastic velcro covers, are needed for the cooler nights and rain.

Where did you order from and do you have any pics of how you installed?

3 season doors
ATCguy. If you need anything let me know. I might add that I just finished installing 3/16 tinted lexan in place of that Velcro crap. Works great. If anyone needs the plastic Windows I have some.
