2013 Kodiak Toy Hauler

Just picked up our new 2013 Kodiak 292TQB Toy Hauler last night, Loving it so far. Any other Kodiak Hauler owners on here?

The Toys are 2009 Honda TRX700XX , 2002 Yamaha 660R Raptor.
And a couple small kid quads.

Have you done any mods to your 09 1500 hemi? I have the same rig and I'm thinking about installing rear air bags myself.

Nice Toy's. I have CAI, Free flow Magnaflow Exhaust & Diablo Tuner. She sits at about 440 HP.

Halibutt...I posted a link on the forum to a web site were I got my Firestone air bags..very good price to what my local parts store wanted.

Good stuff....living in BC had mine sent to a US address...saved a bundle.
If i had room i would have done the install myself. I didn't get the compressor did u?
I wish I got the 2 into 1 air valve...not a real pain but ensuring both air bags have same pressure is annoying. People say u can level out your load buy putting more pressure in one bag or the other...not sure what it would do for the frame?
So far they work great..sure reduced the squat on my truck and improved the ride when towing.

No compressor, and no T valve either I think you get a better ride having them individual. The air can increase and decrease around lots of corners and your rig will tip side to side. I think it stays more stable that way.

Coops, sory for the delay in my post. The install went fine it took me about 2 1/2 hrs. She sure rides nice now.

OK where did you guys get the air bags from...just curious! I believe my husband ordered them from www.truckspring.com, paid about 289.00 and our mechanic charged us 3 hours to install....DH was with him and it did take that long (I think there might have been a beer break in there as well)

Yes... refreshment breaks are an essential part of the work process...u never want a grumpy husband or mechanic.

Took about 2 hours to install.
Had to veer off the installation instructions and mount them behind the axle(opposite the photo), because of the SuperGlide hitch brackets. Performance and ride is great. Our trailer is a touch over 7K and the best ride is at 60 psi.

We will be heading out on Wednesday evening for our maiden voyage with our new Rubicon 2900 toyhauler.........looking forward to many happy trips and much less frustration loading the toys on top of the vehicle!

I guess we will have to "test the air pressure" as we go along~!
