2012 rubicon fuel station

I have a new to me rubicon. I cannot figure out how to turn on the fuel station. I know it’s a push 2 times switch, but I don’t have power there. Is there a switch inside that needs to be turned on first? Where is it? Any help is appreciated.

I also have a 2012 Rubicon. Other than the main 12v disconnect switch I do not know of any other switch.

There is a fuse probably close to the battery that is inline.

Not sure on yours but my voltage has a fuse panel inside and there were several automotive fuses and a few of them were loose which allowed the fuses to fall out. I had to take needle nose pliers and lightly pinch the prongs together so the fuse fit in tighter.
