Winterizing my Infinity 3870FK

New to the forum - am having issues winterizing. Have switched both the bypass and winterization switch. Attached the hose to the winterization input on the docking station and submerged in antifreeze bottle. Turned the pump on and faucet and worked for 30 seconds and quit> Now nothing -- what am I doing wrong?

Sounds like the system pressurized and the pump shut off. Was antifreeze coming out of the tap?
Was it sucking it out of the jug OK?

At first it was. Then stopped and have been unable to get it to draw any more antifreeze. Went to the next tap and tried -- then nothing from the pump at all? By the way Happy Thanksgiving..

Just brainstorming here so... did you check to see if you blew a fuse? Check to ensure that the pickup hose didn't kink?

I am guessing your pump lost prime. Mine did the same thing. Once I had the bottle and hose higher then the inlet to get everything started it worked fine.

Just winterized my rig yesterday. I get a 5 gallon bucket & put 3 gallons of the pink stuff in it-place it in the compartment next to the hookups so it's relatively level to the winterizer intake connection with the hose. Worked like a charm-no issues at all with it.
