Window shades in 2014 Infinity 3610RL

We bought a 2014 Infinity 3610RL in June, and overall we love it. However, the long window shades in the coach, like the ones over the dining table and the back window, will not go up correctly. The bottoms of the long blinds do not stay rigid when trying to push them up, and the light weight shade material bunches up instead of folding correctly.

Has anyone else experienced these issues? If so, how did you get it corrected?

Maybe they are adjusted too tightly. If you're talking about the shades that have a cord on either side of it and that cord is secured under a cup and screw that is.

You can adjust the tension on the cords by loosening the cup screw and moving the cord. It'll take a few attempts to find a spot between the shade going up nicely and not slipping back down.

Thank you for the information. I'll try that the next time we take it out. They DO seem to be pretty tight. I would love it if the fix was that simple!
