Stabilizer on front end ..

I am in a camp ground and am evidently in a sit for a MH. The site slopes down a bit and after using the auto-levelers to level the rig, I am finding that the front end is to high for my tripod stabilizer. I had to raise it by putting it on cement blocks. I am trying to upload a pic of what I had to do

Does the front end stabilizer help reduce the sway you feel after unhitching your truck? I haven't purchased one yet and was wondering.

I looked at buying one of these but ended up going with the JT Strong Arms instead. I am very please with my decision as they made a significant change in the amount of movement in the trailer.

I'm VERY new to 5th wheel RV's and I'm wondering where and how the JT Strong Arms attach. Is it anything like sway bars to help reduce the wind and weight movement as your going down the road?

No they are for when you are parked.
JT Strong Arm Jack Stabilizer System - 5th Wheel Kit Over 58" Between Landing Gear - Mobile Outfitters (Lippert) 191023 - Stabilizing Jacks - Camping World

Wind & weight movement going down the road might have to do with your hitch set-up. You need to have your 5th wheel & truck as level as possible.
My guess is you are pulling with a 1/2 ton truck. If so you may need air bags to help it out.
