As has been posted in several forums throughout this site, expect to take 2 hours to perform the PDI. DO NOT sign any paperwork OR accept delivery of the unit until EVERYTHING is fixed to your satisfaction. DON'T take delivery of the unit if you find any problems. If they promise to fix it "once the parts come in" and you take delivery of the unit in the meantime, you are asking for trouble.
I would highly recommend purchasing a moisture meter and thoroughly check the walls, ceilings, cabinets, and floors for moisture. You can find them at Lowes and Home Depot. Just get one that does NOT have the prongs as I am sure the dealership would not appreciate you poking them into the interior areas.
Good Luck and keep us posted.
