Komfort 2012

We really like the fwd living section setup. Haven't had any major major problems only a warped axle which was replaced by Camping World, Some minor issues which I fixed most of them. We don't see many komforts on the road in our travels, lots of Infinitys which has the same floor plan, built by Dutchman. Komfort was a west coast company bought out by Thor who owns Dutchman, hince the Dutchman name on the unit

I have just gone crazy with the problem we have with the furniture in living room. 2 sofa's that fit in the slides they are so poorly made that our body would go numb sitting on them. we ripped them our so we could replace. the problem was we were sitting on plywood, (no springs of any kind) now we cannot find a sofa that will fit since the slide is 11 inches above regular floor.

we are willing to drive anywhere to pick a comfortable sofa, so if someone knows what manufacturer we can contact let me know

Did you ever find any couches to fit? We are having the same issues with wanting to swap out the couches.

Hello Everyone, I am new to the site so, this is my first time posting in a forum. I was curious if anyone is having issues with their living room / dinette upholstery on their 2012 Komfort 3530? Furniture has always seemed to be high quality but the leather overlay is peeling off of the furniture.

Hi and welcome to the forums. Unfortunately you have a well documented issue with the so called bonded leather. It hits RV's as well as home furniture. Given the age of your unit you are on your own. I would get a reputable upholstery shop to give you a quote to recover it, and I would not use bonded leather.

Thanks Aaron! I appreciate the response. I have started getting quotes. Next hurdle is trying to figure out how to remove it all :-)
