Dutchman pin box mounting

I would like to ask if anyone has had trouble with mounting flanges on the 31' denalli. The 90 degree gussets have struck the rails on my bed of a 2011 silvetado 2500. Pin box flange is 18 " from the bed when at approx. 50-60 degrees pin box flange will hit. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks Bernie

A picture would be nice. From what you are saying sounds like your 5th hitch needs to be raised.
