Do you have holes?

I open the kitchen slide on my 2013, 3850RL, get down on these old knees at the very back-back of the slide, head down to the floor, and gaze fondly - outside. Looks like the slide gasket (seal) it too long and bends outward, not sealing where it is supposed to. I'm waiting for warmer Wisconsin weather to crawl under and make the adjustment.

I have similar, but slightly smaller, holes on the dining slide at both ends. Not quite sure what's causing those.

Since buying the unit last April, I've spent seemingly more time under the unit than in it. Go ahead, ask me about belly rust.
