2012 Denali Corner Kitchen Cupboard help

I need ideas we just got a 2012 Denali 262 RLX 5th wheel and it has a corner cabinet in the kitchen that is a pass through. I'm just stumped on how to organize it. I haven't put anything in it yet and will be working on it this weekend. I know that anything heavy pots and pans are to be stored in the lower area because of the heaviness. So its either dishes which we really don't have a lot of cause its just me and my DH, or food. But I need a step stool to get into it in the back. Help!! any ideas would be appreciated
I added a picture but not sure if it will show up

oh and where the corner cabinet is and the cabinet on the left of it doesn't have a wall to separate it is open so any ideas on the would be great to

We have the same trailer, and use that area for tubberware, dishes (we use hard plastic vs glass/ceramic), and plastic mixing bowls. Since you can access it from both sides, and I tend to do a lot of our cooking outside at the grill, the mixing bowls etc are easily accessible from the entrance side.

In the cupboard to the right of the microwave, we store our drinking ware. However, we found cardboard boxes with foam insulation that we pack it into for travel, as we've had a couple glass wine glasses break.

Finally, we laid down the rubber mats on the base of each shelf to keep stuff from moving around too much and it has worked well.
