You want to mount your panels in a location that minimizes potential shading. Usual sources of shadows are from the air conditioner and TV antenna. Looks like you've got the most room towards the front of the trailer. Try to avoid making them exactly level with the ground, you want some angle to that water will drain off of them. The curve of your roof should provide enough angle.
You also want to make sure your controller is installed as close to the batteries as possible and with as large of gauge wire as practical.
I agree that DICOR is the stuff you want. Personally, I wouldn't worry about color matching. You can't see it from the ground anyway and it will be filth-colored within a year or two.
