Slide-Outs

I am new to travel trailers. I purchased my first on in November 2014, a Dutchmen 323 rets. It has 3 slide outs. 2 are the same manufacturer and 1 is a different manufacturer. 1 is not working and I am on my first trip. I am trying to find the manuals for these slide-out, but I am having no luck. Can anyone tell me the manufacture and model for these slide-outs.

Thanks,

Call Keystone - Dutchmen support at (574) 537-0700. If you have your VIN when you call they should be able to tell you.

Rear left side is definitely a Schwintek slide, you can tell by the aluminum gear rails on the sides of the slide.
The other two are probably the HappiJac system.

Just a SWAG but I bet the one with the problem is the Schwintek system.

Fdhealy4,
Thanks for the reply. I did email Keystone and they said to take it to an authorized dealer and they could give me the info.

Smile

The service man showed up yesterday and fixed the slide. It appears that the main bar that pushes out and pulls in the slide, came disconnected to the slide-out. It is held on by 1 small set screw????
The service guy connected it back and then reset the set screw.
Since the trailer has a polar package, you could not see anything from the underside.

Thanks for all the advice suggestions.
