Check out this product. I had my local tech put this on and it was great. Tech stated it should last 5 years in our climate (So Texas). Trailer was cooler inside when this was applied. Roof was extremely white afterwards. He took two days to put it on. Cleaning was hardest chore. I did not keep trailer and sold it for my Denali so I only had it two years. This even covered the caulking.

I'm not surprised. Typically you are supposed to inspect the roof every 6 months. From what I have seen no one inspects if from the factory...

Yes, I am a bit disappointed. I washed it once last spring too.


At home it is parked very near and under trees. So that does not help.



I know now to wash it more often!

I saw someone hauling a smaller RV today, in Orlando. There was this massive uplifting of their roof material from air getting under the roof. They were going the opposite way I was so I could not stop them and let them know that their roof was being slowly ripped from their RV and when it rains this week, watch out. Poor folks, this spot was about as long as the RV was wide.
