Question Opening on front corner

On the front of our 2012 Kodiak on the drivers side where the front meets the side the wall is coming out from the corner mouldings. Some of the exposed siding is moveable?

Welcome.!
Pictures and a model number would be good.

My Kodiak Cub is less than a year old, but I am always interested in what lies ahead for me.

The seam construction look exactly like my 2018 Kodiak Cub. I hope mine does not pull apart. I haven't a clue how to fix it.

My new 2018 Kodiak did the same thing on the right front corner. I ended up buying a bit larger self tapping screws and replaced three of them. That seemed to have helped. It seems that the original screws pulled out of whatever their anchored to behind the wall. I thought I had snagged something which caused it to pull away but I couldn’t come up with a cause except for the stress pulling the original screws loose. Good luck.

I was at the RV dealership waiting for service, someone there has one of these units and the front seams were pulling away on theirs also. They must have had ten folks come out and look at it, took pictures, the whole shebang... The owner was a little hot that they seemed not to care much but he hung in there and they looked like they were going to do something about it.
