New Truck

Hi all,

Well sold my 96 Chevy 1/2 ton and purchased a 2002 Chevy 2500 HD with an 8.1 L and Allison Tranny. Going to love pulling our trailer with this. Those Prius' won't be passing me now.

My buddy owned it for last 12 years and only has 77k miles on it.

Yep, you'll be happy. We fried our 1995 Chevy Suburban 1500 350 when we got our first toy hauler, and then got our current 2005 3500 6.6L Diesel Allison. You have doubled your capacity and will enjoy being able to run the A/C on the uphills

Mine was the 5.0 previously, so was way under powered.
