Hybrid leak

All,

I've discovered significant water damage around the fold down hybrid bed in my 04 Skamper. Specifically, the lower 6 inches of the bottom right by the hinge.

Before I begin repairs I need to isolate the leak. How do you recommend doing this? Where should I begin looking? I've checked all the outside seals and they appear water tight. I might start with replacing the actual weather stripping on the fold down door first.

Maybe this is a common problem that come have found solutions to?

Is there a brand or type of weather stripping you recommend?
