The Dealer (General RV Tampa Fl worked with Keystone and what they did was excess from the underside and in the area(s) effected they ran a floor joint between the joists that showed soft areas. The root cause was the seam of the wood floors DID NOT fall on the joists where they should have but were unsupported. Good as new!! FYI they rebuilt kitchen slide with a 5/4 floor and added rollers instead of a wear plate system. Junk! Rollers seem great it's been a month and one 1100 mile trip!

I bought my RV at GENERAL (Nathan) in Tampa. they were great while the warranty lasted but after that, they were powerless (they said). I have an area that is "soft" and will need to fix it myself.
