Exterior Led strip not working

I see tons of voltage issues on the forum, however nothing about an issues with exterior led strips. Has anyone had an issue with led strips mounted below the awning in the track? Ours will work for a minute or two sometimes, and then go out for days at a time.

Switch has power, dang thing is only 3 months old. Anyone find that the led strips are just faulty brand new?

Any hidden tricks or controllers?

May very well be a loose or corroded connection out there on the canopy probably. Could be any where for that matter. Check the wire nuts too.

Mine failed first summer and was replaced under warranty.

Second set failed following summer. Found the small connector near the top of the front awning arm kept disconnecting. Taped it together and it worked great the rest of that season. The next season, it starting flashing weird patterns, shutting off, dimming, and some segments lit, some didn't. Quit responding to the remote. I gave up. May replace with Boogie Lights using existing power source....
