Colemen 16FB front storage

My wife and I just purchased a one year old 16FB. I've been trying to figure out how to store and retrieve things from the far end of the front storage. The idea of unloading the under-bed storage and crawling in doesn't work for me.

Has anyone made a pull-out or some other access to this space?

Front storage fix

We have a 2017 2305 Coleman lite with full front storage. We had, from a previous unit, slide tracks. So we only had to get a new piece of plywood, wider, and the one slide gave us access to 60% of the front. The balance could be reached from the other side of front using “under bed plastic storage containers/ with wheels.
Good luck with your unit.

I have the same trailer and the same issue/question. A good bit of storage goes essentially unused because I can't get to it! I have had to crawl in once to retrieve something that had gotten pushed most of the way in ... that was a bit claustrophobic and NOT fun!

an old broom handle with a screw on one end makes a great hook to reach in a compartment ... I have one in the back of my truck also for those small things that tent to slide forward over time

I used tubs and a collapsible boat hook...

I actually have several of them, keep one in every truck!
