Battery suggestions

Hi y'all,
I have been rebuilding a 2002 bunk house for a few months and need advice/suggestions on what type of battery to get for this camper (it came with a trashed battery that wasn't even hooked up). I am going to Tennessee on a road trip in a few weeks and need a good battery that will last a long life. Does it matter what brand or if it's a marine grade? I know it has to be a deep cycle battery but what is best?

Thanks!

you want a deep cycle but if you want the best get two 6v golf cart batteries in series if you have the room.

I have an open battery tray behind the l.p. tanks but I bought a plastic battery cover to try and keep weather off it. Thank you for the advice.
