A little help

I have a 2017 Aspen trails 1900 I just picked up I have read it up and it said it has an under belly heater now is there a way to get it to work I'm using it for work and working in the mountains and I have to leave the water dripping to keep it from freezing if I turn the water off it freezes I have the supply line insulated with heat tape so I know it's not the supply line thanks for the help

The belly is heated by the furnace. When the furnace runs heated air is introduced into the belly. It has been found the heated under belly isn't all that efficient so don't expect it to keep water lines from freezing.
There are a few threads here addressing this cold weather problem.

Your heated supply hose may not be freezing but don't forget there are several places that can freeze beyond the heated supply line.

Where it has been freezing is the about 4.5 feet that comes out from the water heater into the subfloor and up to the shower

Sundancer is right if your using your furnace and your still getting freezing then that part of the system is not being affected by the underbelly heat from the furnace. If you can't get to that area thats freezing with some pipe insulation or heat tape I'm afraid letting the water drip is all you got...

According to Dutchmen the RV's aren't supposed to be used in temperatures below 30° I guess their definition of Arctic varies from ours.

You will need to try and insulate that specific pipe if you can, otherwise as pointed out, leaving it drip is your best bet, also don't forget to leave the gray valve open.

Outside of a very few brands like Northwood Arctic Fox or the Bigfoot, most RV's are not really designed for 4 season use. More like 3 or 3.5, that doesn't mean you can't do it. Just that you will have to adapt.
